The Following List Includes The Return, Refund, And Exchange Policies.

In the event of damage or a defect, you may return an item purchased from us within 7 days for non-perishable items and within 2 days for perishable items.

There will be no cash refund for returns and exchanges; only credit notes will be accepted. On the receipt, the date of the transaction is printed.

But after the window of 7 days for non-perishable goods and 2 days for perishable goods from the date of purchase, we are unable to accept returns from you.

Information Of Importance

• Only with the original receipt present can products be exchanged or returned.
• If an inspection reveals that the refund or exchange should not be approved, there will be no refund.
• The Product needs to be unopened and in the same state that you received it. In addition, it needs to be in its original packaging.
• The credit note’s stated validity cannot be changed or extended in any way.
